Nippon Travel Agency has secured a sufficient number of rooms in a variety of hotels for the period of the Symposium, taking into consideration the needs and budgets of the participants.
A special discount rate is being offered to symposium participants. These special symposium rates will not apply to participants making reservations directly to the hotel.

Cancellation and refund †

Cancellation Charge for Hotel Accommodation received:

• 4 to 13 days before the first night of your stay: 30% of daily room rate per room
• Less than 3 days before the first night of your stay: 50% of daily room rate per room
• On the arrival day or with No notice given: 100% of daily room rate per roo
